A Limited Liability Company (PT) is a legal entity whose capital is divided into shares, with ownership based on the number of shares held. Since shares can be traded, ownership changes do not require dissolving the company. The company’s capital is stated in its articles of association. In Indonesia, a PT can be classified as PMDN (Domestic Investment Company) if all shareholders and capital come from Indonesian citizens or entities.
